Initial consultation enables our prospective clients to learn about their immigration options as well as understand what services we can provide to them. During the free initial consultation we will assess your individual case and provide you with a general overview of your immigration alternatives and answer your general question about immigration to Canada. We do not answer specific questions tailored to your case during the initial consultation. This option is most suitable for clients who would like to be fully represented on their applications.

These are often more complex and fees will vary. Before agreeing to be retained, we will provide an estimate of the costs.

Our policy is to charge a flat rate fee for most immigration we decide to take on. We will both complete your application and submit it on your behalf. Our service does not end with the submission of the application – we will guide you through the whole immigration process and communicate with IRCC the whole time. Should you be invited for a selection interview, we will fully prepare you for this interview.

This option is most suitable for clients who want to complete all their paperwork by themselves and make sure that their application package is complete and free of any errors that could cause the application to fail. We will go through your application, review all your supporting documents to make sure that your application is ready to be submitted.

This option is the most cost effective option for clients who need to have their specific questions answered. You can send us a list of questions that you would like us to answer to info@canhoodimmigration.ca. The email consultation cost will depend on the time we will spend answering your questions.

Once we receive your list of questions, we will send you an invoice reflecting the actual cost of your email consultation. You can expect to have your questions answered within 1 business day after the invoice is paid in full. The email consultation fee is fully creditable towards the retainer fee. In other words – if you decide to hire us as your representative to submit your temporary resident/permanent resident application on your behalf, fee that you paid for email consultation will be adjusted towards our professional fee.

This option is another cost-effective choice for clients who need to have their specific questions answered.

If you wish to book your phone/Zoom consultation, please use via info@canhoodimmigration.ca. Once we process your request we will send you an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, you will receive a confirmation email stating the date and time of your scheduled consultation. The phone/Zoom consultation fee is fully creditable towards the retainer fee. In other words – if you decide to hire us as your representative to submit your temporary resident/permanent resident application on your behalf, fee that you paid for phone/zoom consultation will be adjusted towards our professional fee.

This option is most suitable for clients who need to have their specific questions answered and prefer face-to-face interaction.
